A viewing will be held at the family residence on Thursday 27th July from 5:00p.m. for all those who wish to pay their respects – 62 Murrays Flat Road, Angledale.
The funeral for the late Tony Dessmann will be held in the Star of the Sea Catholic Church, Tathra with Requiem Mass commencing at 1.00p.m., Friday 28th July, 2023 and burial will follow in the Bega Cemetery.
All are welcome to attend the Wake afterwards at the family residence – 62 Murrays Flat Road, Angledale.

We are still in disbelief and heartbroken -our deepest sympathies and condolences. Zio was and always will be remembered as a gentle good welcoming family man, so many great memories of get togethers he had at Rossmore with all the relos / friends together where zio was in his element and happiest with the goat on the spit / bbqs and food feasts, the jokes, dry sense of humour, discussions on what was ‘seriously’ happening in the world and our satirical take on that and the way we joked around – Great times , great memories and family get togethers – that will be missed – will never forget that. His love of ALL family was clear. His passing has left a giant hole in all our hearts. Until we see him again he will be sorely missed. Still can’t believe it..

Tony has been a great friend to many people and the perfect example of a man , always available to assist and stand by anyone in need .. The resounding comment by those who knew him , was of his welcoming personality , his quiet and somewhat laid-back demeanour and of course his love of a chat whilst generously sharing his table .
You may all be well proud of the respect he earned and the goodwill he fostered throughout his time with us . His passing has left a great void . But be comforted , that he has left an indelible mark on many lives .
