Passed away peacefully after a courageous battle on Thursday, 27th April 2023. Dearly loved mother of Kelly, Natalie, Ashley, and Nathan. Much loved Nanna of Laura, Alex, Jackson, Willow, and Hannah. Loved sister of Michael, Michelle, Glen, Matthew, and Margaret. Eileen will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.

I will remember the kindness
To my darling Eileen.
I will never forget the first time I saw you, sitting on the front steps outside your unit, watching on with friendly excitement while two girls moved in next door. You wasted no time introducing yourself and made sure the three of us became friends virtually immediately.
I was taken by your fabulous, cheeky sense of humour. Your outgoing demeanour. Your friendliness and your open, motherly spirit. You always made sure we were taken care of and had your support.
I will never forget the good times we shared together. Laughing while you danced around with the broom. Talking about boys. Sharing food and whatever else we possessed. Straightening your hair and doing your makeup. Listening to your favourite Fleetwood Mac songs.
Thank you for being there for me when I needed you; for taking care of me when I found myself in need of being taken care of. I will always remember and love you dearly. Rest peacefully, my dear, and fare thee well on your next journey.
