Peter Mundy was my grandfather and grandfather to my sister Jemma,Tia and my brother Riley and My cousins Tyler, Jordan, Cody and grate grandfather to my son Tyree. My pop was a very good man and a loving father to my father Shaun Mundy and my aunty Rachel Mundy and father Inlaw to my mother Samantha lesage,
He would always come down to Orbost to see us when he could with his wife but then he started to get sick and couldn’t really leave home,I’m glad I got to see him for the last time I have a lot of memories with my pop and my brother and sisters he loved his children and grandchildren and great grandchild very much it is very sad that my pop has left us but is now at peace and with family up in heaven now. pop your love was a guiding light, and though you’re gone, its glow remains in my heart forever.” Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure and “You left us with so many wonderful memories that will never be forgotten.” And You’ll always be remembered for the kindness and generosity that you showed to everyone.”
I would like to extend my sincere sympathy to all of Peter’s family. I have very fond memories of growing up with Peter from very early childhood until our early thirties when children came along and of course distance kept us apart. We had some great times and did get up to some mischief together.
Peter Mundy known to his navy Brothers as Molly was a well respected member of the 22nd intake HMAS Leeuwin..Molly wA larger than life and gave us many memories..Rest in Peace Sailor…in God’s care..
