Carolyne Joan Holt(nee Mears) 12th March 1947 – 27th June 2024

With sadness we announce the passing of Carolyne on Thursday 27th June 2024 at the Prince of Wales Private Hospital. Carolyne passed away unexpectedly following complications arising from routine heart surgery.

Carolyne passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family, she was taken too soon.

Loving partner of Fred, devoted mother to Kevin and Trevor, caring mother-in-law to Joanne and Diana, cherished grandmother, great grandmother and sister.

Carolyne lives on in our hearts and her smiling face will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends both here and in Port Macquarie.
