A wonderful man. Loyal and best mate of Tony Hardiman. Fondly remembered as ‘uncle Tony’ by the Hardiman children. We were privileged to have had him in our lives.

Wonderful memories of Uncle Tony, a true and enduring friend of our Dad, Tony Hardiman, over more than 60 years.
Caravans featured prominently over those decades and he was always ready to help Dad with practical repairs.
I am reminded of Uncle Tony every time I look at my wooden giraffe, which was wobbly until Uncle Tony made a temporary wooden base for it 25 years ago. I haven’t forgotten the clear instructions for making a template when I find the right base for it, and be assured I will follow those instructions exactly when the time comes.
Farewell Uncle Tony. Thank you for all the ways you contributed to our family. We will always remember you.
