Cass passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, after a courageous battle with cancer. She is now at rest and free from pain.
Loved mother and mother-in-law of Joshua & Laura. Cherished daughter of Phil & Pauline. Much-loved sister and sister-in-law of Mark & Taryn, and Andrew & Adrienne. Adored “best-est” Aunty Cass to Luke, Liam, Eddie, Georgia and Jude.
Aged 52 Years
In keeping with Cass’s wishes, a private cremation will be held for immediate family.
Cass was not one for formalities and did not want a traditional funeral service. Instead, family and friends are asked to save the date of Saturday, 8 August, for the gathering she wanted us to have.
Cass’s wish was for her family and friends to come together, reflect on life, enjoy each other’s company, share stories, laughter and memories, and celebrate the connections that meant so much to her. Details of this gathering will be advised in due course, and all who knew and loved Cass will be warmly welcomed to join us in remembering and honouring the wonderful person she was.
The family would like to thank everyone who has shown Cass love, support, and kindness throughout her journey, especially the Doctors, Nurses and allied health support service providers. Your thoughts, friendship and memories mean so much, and through sharing them we will continue to keep her spirit alive.
Forever Loved, Forever Remembered.
