Fell asleep peacefully

Beloved wife of Damien.  Most precious daughter of Ken and Judy.  Beloved sister of Jayne, Jason and Jennifer.  Loved Auntie to all her nieces and nephews.  Loved daughter in law of Dom, Sue and family.  Loved by her Auntie Mal in Qld and all her family in the UK.

Special thanks to Dr Monique Malouf and Professor Allan Glanville and the team at St Vincents.  Thank you to Dr Murali and the doctors and nurses of the Renal unit and staff of C8 East at Wollongong Hospital.  Thank you to Dr Cathy Allen and to the Palliative Care Team, friends and neighbours.

 Relatives and friends are invited to attend Katrina’s funeral service to be held in the chapel, Parsons Funeral Home, 4 Princes Highway Dapto on Tuesday May 1, 2018 at 2pm.
