It was sad to hear about the passing of a beautiful lady Thelma johnson. She was a very loving person to talk to when she and her husband used to pass our old house in 21 outlooks drive figtree,
You and your husband were beautiful neighbours to talk too in the mornings.
God bless you ,may you rest in peace. We will miss you very much Thelma.
Thelma was such a wonderful neighbour, her fierce independence was inspiring. I remember busting my achilles tendon and she lent me her walking frame, said I needed it more than her. She was 92 at the time.
We shall miss your smiling face, the microwave tea afternoons, your stories about growing up, pranking teachers and your life with Reg. We were truly honoured that you trusted us enough to have a bit of a cry now and then when things got too much.
It won’t be the same without you dear Thelma , we will miss you.
Love Sandra and Steve.
We will miss you Thelma, you were always such a big presence in the street and such a great Figtree historian.
