Stephen passed away peacefully on 1st March 2026 in Wollongong Hospital. Eldest son of James and Elizabeth(both deceased). Beloved brother and brother-in-law of Leonie & Peter and John & Suzi. Uncle of Jennifer, Andrew, James and Evan.

So deeply saddened to learn the news of your passing Steve. My sincerest condolences to the family. Steve was the first person to teach me coding in mx, I remember us getting lost on the way to parramatta for road design training but we got there!
You were to me one of the original designers that I have a lot of respect for. Rest easy Steve

Such sad news. Steve was a lovely friend and wonderful colleague to me. I learnt a great deal from him and I remember him fondly. My condolences to his family.
My sincerest condolences to Steve’s family, I am saddened to hear of his passing. My memories of Steve are all positive, and he was recognised as a respected road designer who always considered all road users including the crews that had to build and maintain the road assets. I will always be grateful for his assistance and leadership.
Steve was such a kind caring person and colleague, always willing to assist and teach you something new and I am sad to hear of his passing. I have always respected his quiet and calm demeanor. My condolences to Steve’s family.
