Our rainbow angel Chloe passed away peacefully in the arms of her loving family on November 17, 2020, following a brave ongoing battle with Vanishing White Matter Disease.

Cherished daughter of Nyree and Grant.
Adored sister of Mads.
Treasured Granddaughter of Nikki and Garry; Noleen and John (dec)
Much loved niece of Nicole and Gary, Karen and Michael and Peter and Diane

With a smile that lit up the room, Chloe touched the hearts of thousands of people in her local community and around the world. We know she will never be forgotten. We offer our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported Chloe, our family, and our fight against Vanishing White Matter Disease over the years.

Chloe’s celebration of life will be held at Wollongong Town Hall on Friday November 27, 2020 at 11am. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, attendance is by invitation only.

Knowing how loved Chloe is by her entire community we also invite family and friends to gather at Wests Illawarra, The Fraternity Fairy Meadow and other venues to be advised if  these venues reach maximum capacity where Chloe’s service will be live streamed. Kindly register your attendance with the venue prior to Friday.
