Passed away peacefully on November 20, 2016. Beloved husband of the late June.  Dearly loved father and father in law of Vicki and Derek, Robert.  Much loved Pop of his grandchildren Adam, Matthew and Rachel and of his great grandchildren Cooper, Emmett.  Loved brother of Laura (dec).  Victor will be sadly missed by his loving family.
