Passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday 9th January 2025. Dearly loved son of Tony and Julia. Much loved grandson of Ron and Kath, and Denise. Loved uncle of Karla, Ellie May, and Elena. Jake will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.
