Passed away peacefully on Thursday 13th August 2026. Beloved husband of Annette. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Robert and Lynelle, Leanne, Phillip (dec) and Tracey, Amanda and David, Therese and Scott, and Angela. Much loved Pop of James, Melissa, Bethany (dec), Edward, Matthew, Liam, Alicia, Ryley, Isla, and his great grandchildren. Robert will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.

Annette, Robert and Lynelle, Leanne, Amanda and David, Therese and Scott, and Angela, we’re thinking of you today in your time of loss and as you celebrate the life of Uncle Rob.
Sorry we couldn’t be there. We’re here watching online, recalling many wonderful, happy, and fun memories of a dear uncle, sitting here looking towards Honeymoon Bay, where many happy times were had with Uncle Rob and the family.

Sorry for not making Rob and Family as travelling, sorry for your loss. Your dad was a man of many talents and skill and was able to tackle anything and everything, typical McKay fashion always found a way.
Have many great mems of the family holidays at Honeymoon bay as a kid those were some fun times.
