Died February 10th 2026 surrounded by loving family. Aged 101 years. Husband of Dorothy “Joy” his Joybelle (deceased). Father and father-in-law of Rick and Carol Albert, Karen and Stephen Dawson, Margo and Graham Emery and “Booble” to his 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
A private family service will be held.

So sorry to hear of Mr Albert’s passing, but what an innings he had! He was my first boss and my introduction to real estate, I was taught by the master. Mr Albert was so good to my parents over the years with their investments, as he was with so many other landlords. May he rest in peace.
