Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, 11th June 2026. Beloved husband of Barbara (dec). Much loved father and father-in-law of Gail and Gillian & Eric. Adored Pop of Stella and Hayley. Ray will be sadly missed by his family and many dear friends.

Aged 100 years
A life well lived 

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Ray’s life at a service to be held at Figtree Anglican Church, 4-10 Gibsons Road, Figtree on Tuesday, 30th June 2026 commencing at 1.00pm.

Prior to passing, Ray asked that people attending the celebration wear bright colours. In lieu of flowers, people might like to make a donation in Ray’s memory to

Donations will be directed to the church’s pastoral care work, which provides emotional and practical support to those in need, a service Ray benefitted from in his later years. Please put ‘Pastoral RW’ in the reference field.

The service will be livestreamed on the church’s YouTube channel, Figtree TV.
