Tributes

  1. Someone that could always see a funny side to life. The funniest man I have ever met and one of the most forgiving, loyal people you could ever come across.

  2. An absolute honor to have known this extraordinary man who I was lucky to call my daughters Grandfather. A man who dedicated most of 86 remarkable years to a life of service, kindness, and love in helping others. He was a guiding light, a steadfast presence in the lives of so many in their darkest hour, and his loss will be felt by many.

Ray was a man who didn’t just exist—he lived fully, purposefully, and with a heart wide open. Whether it was through quiet acts of generosity, a listening ear, or tireless efforts to support those in need, he spent his days uplifting others, turning strangers into friends at a time when they needed a kind word the most. To know him was to know compassion in its truest form. He brought hope to those who had lost their way but also a good giggle when needed as well.

Though Ray is no longer with us, his legacy will endure in the countless lives he touched. Every kind word spoken, every generous deed done, every heart he helped heal, the selfless love for his family and grandchildren —these are the seeds he planted, and they will continue to grow. His life was a testament to what it means to truly give of yourself, to leave the world a little brighter and better than you found it.

Rest well, Ray. Your work here is done, but your light will never fade. It was an honor to know you, you will be greatly missed and thank you for just being you…

  3. Ray your smile would brighten a room, you will be missed, Now you are at peace with your beautiful wife, son and daughter ❤️ 😊 fly high Ray.
