Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on Thursday, 20 January 2022. Beloved husband of Gisela (Dec). Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Victor (dec), Jurgen (dec), Harry and Lorraine, Regina and Tom. Much loved Pop of all his grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Best friends of Joe and Erica (both dec), Larry and Jean (Both dec). Frank will be sadly missed by all his loving family and many dear friends here and in Lithuania.
