Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 24th May 2023. Husband of his adored Lottie. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Anne and Jeff, Karyn and John, Linda, Wayne. Loving grandfather of his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Neal will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.

Wayne & I have fond memories of Neal some 48 years ago when he lived at Blackheath. I was very pregnant & Neal said let me take you all for a small walk to show you around. After about a k’s walk & I was struggling he said not much further now, well another hour passed & still no closer home. I don’t think he realised how pregnant I was!! He was so fit then & loved his walks. We loved his sense of humour & spending time with him. Rest in peace Neal
In our family we will remember Neal from the intense community campaign ‘Dapto Residents Against Tower Health Risks’ (1996-1997) in which he had a pivotal role.
After this campaign he taught some of our children to make paper in his backyard. He had the most amazing workshop which should be turned into a museum.
