Passed away peacefully while sleeping after a courageous battle on November 27, 2016. Beloved husband of Jackie and brother of Terry. Patrick will be sadly missed by his family and many close friends here and in England.

 

Aged 72 Years

A funeral service will be held for Patrick in the chapel, Stan Crapp Funeral Home, Cnr Manning & Farmer Streets Kiama on Friday December 2, 2016 at 12noon. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend.
