The old fella was one of the good ones.
A man who worked hard, loved his family fiercely and was always there when it mattered.
He leaves behind a family that stretches across generations, something he was incredibly proud of.
We’ll miss the chats, the laughs and the quiet wisdom he always seemed to have.
Thanks for everything, Grandad.
We’ll take it from here.
Sad time for family and friends,
He was a great man loving Dad and grandfather and now great Grandfather.
Our hearts go out to you all.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said. Thank you for being apart of my life, I hope I do you proud. You made everyone laugh with your sense of humour, always asking when am I taking my stuff out of the garage. When dementia hit was hard on everyone but you didn’t let that stop you, You were if not even funnier then, I appreciate that you were at every achievement I made and I will never forgot you always being there, I love you and I miss you.
Until we meet again

Dad my hero this is just so hard. I miss you terribly but I will promise you that I would look after Mum. You truly loved 🥰 us all but now you will be looking after Debbie again having some laughs. I wish I could just cuddle you again and tell you I love ❤️ you .
Dear Dad
You made half of us
But sadly, half of us now seem lost
It’s those empty feelings of the current loss
Our shared memories will always remain, banked in our hearts to remember each day.
Thank you for your love for Mum and each of us.
Thank you for your kindness and unconditional love.
It’s sad to see you go, but you are now free from pain, enjoy the time with Deb until we see you again.
We love you Dad ❤❤❤
