Passed away unexpectedly on Thursday 29th May 2025. Husband of Joanne, and father of Matthew and Damien. Loved son of José and Maria. Jack will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.

Requiem Mass for the repose of Jack’s soul will be celebrated at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 1 Bruce Road Warrawong on Wednesday 11th June 2025 at 12noon. Following the Mass his funeral will proceed to Lakeside Memorial Park, Kanahooka Road Kanahooka.
