Ian Forman

Passed away peacefully with his loving family at his side on Sunday 13th April 2025. Deeply loved and loving husband of Pam. Loving father and father-in-law of Karen and Michael, and Roslyn. Proud Pa of Teah, Koby and Georgia, Keira, Daniel, Jessica and Mitchell, Ryley, Kellsie and Brodey. Proud Great Pa of Meadow. Much loved and loving brother and brother-in-law  of Rowland, Hazel, and their families. Ian will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.

A Celebration of Life service for Ian will be held at Shellharbour Community Church, 500 Shellharbour Road, Shellharbour on Saturday 26th April at 10.30am.
