Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on May 24, 2018. Beloved husband of Debra and previous husband to Elizabeth. Dearly loved father of Tracy-Lee, Glenn, Bryce and Emma, Mandi, Dawn and Thomas. Much loved Pop of his grandchildren.  Beloved son of June and Albert (both Dec). Loved brother of Carol.  David will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends. Heartfelt thanks to the community nurses, palliative care and silver chain for their care and support of David.
