Tributes

  1. Such a lovely, generous man.
I have only the best memories of you and Faye during my working life at Hillgrove House.
    Very sad news
    May you RIP
    Much love to Faye
    XOXO

  2. Dear, dear Fred.
So very sad for Fred’s beautiful family and a community that desperately needs people just like Fred and Faye.
A better person you would never find, who also had the utmost respect of my parents. Fred’s wonderful parents were also beacons of light and decency in the Bega Valley.
It was wonderful to better get to know Fred and dear Faye, through their visits to my Cobargo store, with them also bringing their grandchildren in to get to know my son and I when they were holidaying on the coast.
    Such a heartbreaking loss.
    Cathy

  3. Through the loss of Fred and this announcement, I am also now aware that Helen and Tony lost their beautiful boy, Hamish. This is a devastating level of heartbreak that most cannot bear. I hope that the love and respect within your family, continues to be a source of comfort and strength for you all.
    Always in my thoughts.
    Cathy

  4. With Sympathy may precious memories comfort you at this sad time

    Ross and Margaret Ritchie

  5. A wonderful, caring neighbour. I will always cherish and remember Fred’s kindness, friendship and the ‘unexpected bag of fresh vegetables that would appear on my doorstep’. Millbank Way will not be the same without dear Fred. Our hearts go out to Fay and family.

    Pam and Derwood
