  2. I am so sorry to hear about Ern passing away, a great husband and family man. Sending my condolences to you Pat and extended family. Love and prayers from an old friend who was in the Friday club. X

  3. So sorry to hear about Uncle Ernie,
You will be missed greatly by all your family, although I only met you a couple of times as I was a baby when you moved to Australia and met you again as a teenager, you always use to say to your sister Veronica I was always welcome over.
I remember you phoning my mum keeping in close contact all the time watching out for her even on the otherside of the world.
Sending my love to all and will be watching and thinking of you all on the day,
    Debbie (niece) x

  4. Dearest Ernie. Treasured memories of our time as children growing up in Bracklesham and West Wittering together and the many scraps we got into! Also remembering that trip home you made some years after you escaped to OZ. Great times, Many wonderful memories. Rest in Peace. Dear Brother 💙. Love Mick.

  5. Dear Ernie. Fondly remembered for being so cheeky to me as a new member of the Ellis Family at the innocent age of 17, but nevertheless I was sad to see you and your little girls board that ship and sail to Australia. Especially sad today knowing you have passed. Sleep tight Ernie.
    Fondest love. Jo x x Sister-in-Law
