Passed away after a courageous battle with brain cancer on Monday, 31st of October 2022. Beloved husband of Pip. Adored father of Renae, Emily, Campbell, and Isaac. Cherished son of Colin and Elizabeth, son-in-law of Peter and Gail. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Ruth and Shaun, Phoebe and Dom, Jacqui, Simon and Tristen. Much loved uncle to his nieces and nephews. Matt will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends here and in Western Australia.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Matt’s funeral service to be held at H Parsons Funeral Home, 278 Princes Highway Bulli on Monday, 7th of November at 2pm. Those unable to attend are invited to view his service via the link available below

Pip words cannot express the sadness I feel for you and your family. Matt was a great guy loved by everyone who knew him. Condolences,hugs and love to you, Pip and your family.

Big Matt was such a funny, kind, loving and hard working family guy. His passing is a tragedy as he had so much more love and kindness to give. Such a terrible illness. Matt fought hard all the way and showed great courage to hang in there as long as possible. I’m sorry a can’t be there today as I’m away in the US. I hope you and the kids are ok. He was a great guy that deserved more.
