  6. You are my mum, my dearest friend and fun loving travelling companion.
We shared the time we had as if it was our last and made the most of it.
There are no words that can describe the deepest love and pride you had for us all.
You made your mark and the memories will always be treasured.

  7. You really were the best nanny in the world.
I loved visiting you at all the places you have lived in Australia, I have so many memories.
I have one in pertucular that I will never forget when you came to England and took us to Bournemouth, it makes me laugh every time I think about it or tell it someone.
The thing that keeps me strong is knowing that you lived a long and happy life, If I can be half the woman you are I will be happy.
I will miss you so much but I will always be your peaches and cream 💔
    Love always, Hayley xxxx

  8. Mum was one of seven children and is survived by her brother David. She was also an auntie and great-auntie. To many. She will be missed by Helena and Harriet .

A few weeks ago I had a video conversation with mum. We laughed a lot and we knew that it would be the last. She asked me to say something nice about her. I will now make her wish come true.

Mum had a strong will drive and determination..This was coupled with an independent streak that saw her through life’s trials and tribulations. At 60 she obtained her driver licence.. I admire how she ran a successful business late in life. Of course we have to mention that she was charming and loved the adoration.

Mum had her favourites and this to our amusement was always in a state of flux to the end.

Mum is at peace and I am too. It’s a nice way to say goodbye.

  9. I will always remember Louise bringing you into the salon and meeting you for the first time
I will always remember how happy you were to see me

I loved doing your hair and listening to your beautiful stories.
Thank you for our funny chats

    I will miss you Edith
    All my love
    Sarah

  10. The news of Edith passing away was sad to hear. It brought back memories of all the good times we had together.
The card games, watching you on the ride on mower, practising for your driver’s test, the lunches you would cook on the days I would do your garden, and many more memorable times we had.
You lived an eventful adventures life and one that I was happy to be part of.
You left your mark while you were with us and memories that will last forever.
    R.I.P Edith
