Beloved husband of Susan. Loving father and father-in-law of Matthew & Alexandra Wood, Naomi & Craig Batten, Michael & Melissa Wood, Andrew & Kylie Wood. Devoted Grandpa to Isaac, Abigail, Levi, Micah, Alistair, Eleanor, Charlie, Josiah & Sarah, Nate, Sara, Frederick and Theodore and great grandfather to Shelby.

A Memorial Service to celebrate David’s life will be held in Grace Church, Church Street, Bega at 11.30a.m., Thursday 14th March, 2024.

Relatives and friends are warmly invited to attend.

    Many chats over the fence usually solved the world’s problems, well most of them.
    Sadly missed forever more.

  9. So very sad to hear of his passing. Mr Wood, I still call him that, was a wonderful gifted and patient art teacher to us when I was about 15 at Bega High. We all loved him. We were very cheeky to him and he laughed with us. My sincere condolences to his wife and families.
