Passed away after a courageous battle on July 26, 2016.  Beloved fiancee of Sylvia. Dearly loved stepfather and stepfather-in-law of Nicole and Shane. Loving Pop of Chelsea, Jackson, Cruz. Phil will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.
