Passed away peacefully on Sunday 6^th of February 2022.  Loved father of Isaiah and Koby.  Dearly loved son of Rejeanna and Shane, Michael and Debbie and son-in-law of Kyola and Cliff.  Brother of Zach and Bec, Corey and Nadine, Poppie and Abel.  Cherished grandson of James and Marjorie, Gladys and Tony.  Adored Uncle of Chloe and Lilly.  Jake will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.
