Passed away peacefully on Friday 25th September 2026. Beloved husband of the late Athanasia. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of John and Louise, George and Christina. Cherished Papou of Athena, Paul, Jonathon, Paul, Maria, Yianni and his great grandchildren. Apostolos will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.

Prayers will be recited at H Parsons Funeral Home, 34 Belmore Street Wollongong on Thursday 1st October 2026 at 6pm.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Apostolos’s funeral service to be held at St Nektarios Greek Orthodox Church, 39 Atchison Street Wollongong on Friday 2nd October 2026 at 12noon. Following the service his funeral will proceed to Lakeside Memorial Park, Kanahooka Road Kanahooka

He was the brother, I never had.
I was a toddler when Paul left Greece but I remember seeing him off on the ship to Athens with my family
Paul, was always helpful to my parents , treated them like his own.
Later, when he married Athanasia (Soula) we clicked. Paul and Soula would take us to dances and we would stay at their house almost every week.
Not only was Paul there for us but also helped other relatives.
We were inseparable.
Later in life, health issues took over
We had amazing holidays in Chios, Greece on many occasions.
Paul new all the little memorable places.
Our memories are so long, they will never be forgotten.
Paul, Rest in eternal 💔 🙏 😢 peace on God’s care.
I will miss him a lot. He was the old er brother I never had. Às Angela said we used to stay at there place alot . His wife Soula was like a sister to . He missed his wife a lot after she passed away. Now he will joint her in heaven. Rest in peace. Dear cousin. You will be missed a lot.
