Jacqui passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with a prolonged illness, surrounded by her loving family on 7th August 2026. Dearly loved daughter of Judith(DEC) & Doug. Dearly loved mother of Kylie(DEC), Crystal & Brianna(DEC). Loving Nanny of Kiani & Justin. Loved sister of Leeanne, Carmen and little Judy(DEC).

Jacqui will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends, including her support workers Katie & Jess.

Aged 60 Years Young, May She Rest In Peace.
