Relatives and friends are warmly invited to attend Jan’s funeral service to be held at West Chapel Woronora, Linden Street Woronora on Friday December 2, 2016 at 11:30am. Following the service the funeral will proceed to Woronora Cemetery, Linden Street, Sutherland.
