Passed away peacefully on Thursday 23^rd of September 2021. Beloved wife of the late Janek. Adored mother and mother-in-law of Helena and Ed, Martyn (dec), Martina and Paul. Loving Grandma of her 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.  Patricia will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends here and in the UK.
