Passed away peacefully on August 2, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth (Lily). Dearly loved father and father in law of Sandra and Alastair, Billy (dec), Paul and Kathy, John (dec), Brian and Leanne. Much loved Grandad of his 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Percy will be sadly missed by all his loving family and many dear friends here and overseas.
