Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 28 April 2020. Beloved wife of the late Stefan Wozniak and Jozef Kowalczyk. Dearly loved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Jadwiga will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.
