Passed away peacefully on July 15, 2018. Dearly loved father and father in law of Lee (dec), Renee and Scott. Loving Poppy of his grandchildren Liam, Bronte, Charlee, Georgia, and Phoebe. Noel will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.
