Passed away on Tuesday, 9th of July 2024. Beloved husband of Betty. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Lynette and David, John and Gise, Denise and Stephen, Karen and Graeme. Much loved by his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Noel will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.
