Passed away at Wollongong Hospital on September 26, 2017 after a courageous battle over many months and survived by her loving husband John who simply adored her through 61 years of happiness together.  Joy will be sadly missed by her children Kim, Michele and son John. Grandchildren Siarne, Jeremy, Levi, Tahlea, Floyd, Melanie, Nicki-Lee, Shaun, James, Tjana, Bailey, Mason, Zoe and her great grandchildren Jordan, Yok, Thomas, Liam, Dylan, Jarrod, Travis and Jess.  She will be sadly missed by all of her brothers sisters Patrick, Peter, Mark, Phillip, Colleen, Veronica, Francis, Bill (dec), Kevin (dec), and Johnny (dec).  Joy had many friends and acquaintances due to her many years nursing.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Joy’s funeral service to be held at Lakeside Memorial Park Chapel, Kanahooka Road Kanahooka on Thursday October 5, 2017 at 12noon.  Following the service her funeral will proceed into the adjoining cemetery.
