Passed away peacefully on February 9, 2016. Dearly loved mother and mother in law of Anthony and Lorraine, Brad, Georgina. Dear grandmother of Teresa, Bradley, Brooke. Loved sister of Mary, John, Frank, Kevin, Kathleen. Pat will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Helen’s funeral service to be held at St Francis Xaviers Cathedral, Harbour Street Wollongong on Tuesday February 16, 2016 at 10:30am.
