Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on May 6, 2016. Beloved wife of Patrick. Best friend of her daughters Kate and Tamara. Loving mother-in-law of Thomas. Loved daughter of Jean and Thomas (both dec). Cherished sister of Bev, Ron, Kevin, Brian (dec), Dennis. Carolyn will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.

A special thank you to the compassionate ICU staff of Wollongong Private Hospital, Dr Mori Aghmesheh and Dr Ravi Cherukuri.

A celebration of Carolyn’s life will be held in The Pavilion, Kiama Showground, Bong Bong Street Kiama on Thursday May 12, 2016 at 11am. All relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
