Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on May 26, 2018. Beloved wife of Clifford (Steve). Loved mother and mother in law of Bill and Lynne, Valerie and Greg Webster. Dear Grandma to Ben, Jessie, Shaye and to her great grandchildren Brielle, Christian. Joyce will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends here and in the U.K.
