Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 6th January 2026. Beloved wife of the late Peter. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Andrew and Suzy, Jane and Tony. Cherished Grandma of Tallula, Denali and Elliot. Sheila will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.

Sheila was a good friend. She was an active member of Stanwell Park University of the Third Age, a great conversationalist. a great reader of books and always welcoming. We all loved her very much.

Such happy happy memories of Sheila when she and Peter would visit Jane in Cumbria . And more recently in Sydney. A zest for life, courageous, funny and fun. Well done Sheila!
Mum was a wonderful mother and grandma. She was funny and full of life and had an amazing life with Dad. Her courage to reinvent herself in Australia with the support of Jane and Tony enabled her to blossom. She was welcomed by all and became a much loved member of the community.
So many happy memories and special moments. We will all miss you terribly.
