Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on Saturday, 16th March 2024. Beloved husband of Sandra (Sam). Much loved brother and brother-in-law of Roger and Sue, Bev and Ted, Errol and Elaine. Dear uncle and great uncle to his many nieces and nephews. Phil will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.
