Tributes

  1. Pete was certainly larger than life. Although I hadn’t seen him for some time, my memories of Pete are of a bloke who loved to joke and prank, but was always there for you. Those were some of his endearing qualities. I remember nights out with Pete, laughing so hard at his antics that my sides ached.
    Rest in peace, Pete.

  2. Pete certainly met the description given by Charlie…”My Dad’s Big Pete” Blessed to have met such Big warm hearted, caring person who always bent over backwards to spend time with his kids. His sense of humour was definitely passed onto his kids and his fabulous collection of hilarious T shifts was enviable. It was beautiful to see the dedication, love and reliability he showed his children. Rain, hail or shine, he never missed his fatherly duties as those fortnightly Chinese dinners with Charlie were so precious to him, and driving hours to spend that quality time was an absolute highlight for both of them. He will be sorely missed. Rest in Peace Big Pete!

  3. Uncle Pete was always larger than life. There are so many funny memories and fashion choices. Always remember the t-shirts but also his thongs with socks. You will be missed but never forgotten. Rest in peace Uncle Pete.
