VALE MICKO
Mick was one of those blokes
you didn’t meet — you just clicked with.
The kind of man who’d give you
the shirt off his back,
or the last dollar in his pocket,
no questions asked.
But lend him your favourite jacket?
Yeah… good luck ever seeing that again.
(Still miss that jacket, mate.)
Our kids called him Uncle Micko —
and I reckon they weren’t the only ones.
He had a way of collecting family
everywhere he went.
He lived fast,
rode faster,
and drove like he had angels on standby.
A wild heart,
a good soul,
and an absolute legend through and through.
Rest in peace, Mick.
We’ll miss you more than words can hold.
Love,
Leon, Megan, Stevie & Marlee.
We are all going to miss you mate!
Sending love to all family and friends 💔
Our thoughts are with you at this time

I think back to the indoor soccer days all those years ago with fondness. It’s your smile I remember most, even when I had no idea how to play. We had some good laughs on that team.
Will miss you! Kim

You were a brother a mate a friend and an Uncle to our kids. We were friends for over half our lives, we shared a lot of good times, some sad times and moments to cherish. There has been a lot of laughs a lot of fun and a lot of piss taking. We could always count on you when we needed a hand a hug a laugh or a cry. There is a saying “It’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years” well mate we have sure had some life, I just wish there was more. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten I’m sure every time my kids get on there bikes you will be the first thought on their mind.
Love you mate.
