Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family at David Berry Hospital, Berry on October 4, 2016. Beloved wife of John. Dearly loved mother and mother in law of Gregory and Amy, Krysten and Marc. Much loved Nanny and Little Nanny of Thomas, Darcey, Toby, Jack. Loved sister and sister in law of Bill and Wendy, Elva and Doug, Chris. Pat will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.

Pat’s funeral service will be held at Uniting Church, Manning Street Kiama on Friday October 14, 2016 at 10am.
