Passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on May 18, 2017. Beloved husband of Dulcie (dec). Dearly loved father and father in law of Robert and Lorraine. Loving Grandad of his grandchildren Elisha, Amy and Gareth, Stephanie and Paul. Loved brother of Jim, Agnes (both dec). Bert will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.
