Passed away peacefully on July 9, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Joyce. Loving father and father-in-law of Joy, Janet, Kathryn (dec), Greg (dec). Much loved Gramps of his four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. A special friend to Frances. William will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.
