Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 3rd November 2021. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Kenneth and Karyn, Trevor and Sue, Bruce, and Pamela. Cherished Nan of her 12 grandchildren and great nan to her 11 great grandchildren. Gladys will be sadly missed by her loving family and many dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Gladys’ funeral service to be held at Kiama Anglican Church, 1 Terralong Street Kiama on Friday, 12th November 2021 at 10am. In keeping with NSW public health orders, funeral numbers are limited inside the Church and all must be fully vaccinated.

Gladys was my oldest sister. As a child she demonstrated a lot of love to me,my twin brother Don,my second eldest sister Margaret and younger brother Trevor. During the second world war she helped our mum overcome the many chores whilst our dad was away. Our mum Emily taught us how to love the Lord Jesus Christ during those turbulent years. She recently said to me that she wanted to be with the Lord because she was tired and could not cope with her mental and physical life any more. She leaves behind a wonderful family who can very proud of the nostalgic memories over the many years of having Gladys as their mum. I am very proud to be her brother because she has always been a very special person. May God richly bless her as she is now secure within his loving arms.
